Deposit Policy
Hello curious creature,
You've been directed to this page because you're about to set the date to spend time with me.
Before you transfer your deposit, please read this page carefully to make sure you're comfortable with the terms and conditions outlined.
These are not negotiable under any circumstances.
Requirements
Deposits are 30% – 50% of the full booking fee, non-refundable.
I do not have a smaller deposit option.
For local clients, I ask for deposits to be made before the end of the day.
For my international clients, I ask for deposits to be made within 24 hours of confirming the booking time.
If you’re unable to pay a deposit within this timeframe, please reach out when you can provide a deposit.
I appreciate decisiveness and prompt action.
Methods
These are the only deposit methods I offer.
I accept:
Beem transfer (app based, Australia only)
Bank Transfer to an online business account (not instant, best for advance bookings)
Gift cards to a store of my choosing (best for my international clients. I will require photo ID or work information if you choose this method, as I do not see people anonymously)
Bitcoin (fees apply. I will require photo ID or work information if you choose this method, as I do not see people anonymously)
Throne transaction (fees apply)
If you would like to pay by Bitcoin but are unsure how, please consult Google or Youtube, as I am unable to take you through the process.
I don't have Wishtender, Prezz, Cashapp, Venmo, Zelle, Apple Pay, PayPal, WeChat Pay, credit card facilities, Pay ID.
As my business bank account is based online, I do not offer cardless deposit at an ATM as a deposit option.
Remaining balance
The remaining balance is due in cash when we first meet.
Please place this in plain sight on a table or counter, inside an envelope.
Cancellations
If you cancel within 48 hours of our booking, I will ask you to pay the remaining balance.
In the rare instance where I need to cancel, I will offer to reschedule your booking.
If we can’t find a time that suits us both and I’ve had to cancel, I will transfer the deposit back to you.
Rescheduling
I understand that things happen and you're only human. If you need to reschedule your booking, I can be reasonable if enough notice is given and if I have other availabilities. I may be able to reschedule your booking to a different date and time for that same tour, but this isn’t guaranteed.
However, I don’t transfer deposits to future tours.
If you need to reschedule for a booking in Melbourne, your deposit is valid for one month.
